Forgot Your Password?

This option is available if you have previously established an ?Account Security Email? address in your Account Settings.



1. Click the ?Back to Login? link at the bottom of this page to return to the login page.
2. Click ?Forgot Password??
3. Enter your username and click Submit.
4. If the username was found in the system, an email containing a password reset link will be sent to the ?Account Security Email? address associated with your account.



Forgot Your Username?

This option is available if you have previously established an ?Account Security Email? address in your Account Settings.

3. Enter your ?Account Security Email? and click Submit.
4. If the email address was found in the system, an email containing your username will be sent to the ?Account Security Email? address associated with your account.



New User?

If you do not have a Parent Portal account, the district will send weekly email instructions on creating a portal account to households that do not have at least one parent/guardian with an account.  



You may also email icsupport@bergenfield.org to request an account.  Please include your name, your child(s) name and their date of birth.  The email address you send the request from must be on file with the district for us to be able to assist you.  Your email would have been provided to the district at the original time of your student(s) registration.  Otherwise, you will need to contact the Registration Office at StudentRegistration@bergenfield.org to verify and update your personal contact information first.



Technical Issue?

Please email icsupport@bergenfield.org and include your name, child(s) name, and a brief description of the issue.  Please direct all questions about your child?s grades, progress reports, and report cards to the main office of your child?s school or their teacher(s).



Unsuccessful Login Attempts

Note that as part of system security, an unsuccessful login attempt will be logged with information about your browser and IP address.
